SHIPMENTS

Shipping costs have the following costs, which you can also see broken down during the purchase process, depending on the shipping address.

Peninsula and Portugal: €7 (Free on purchases over €100)
Balearic Islands: €13
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €40
The prices shown include VAT.

The expected delivery time is 24/72 hours national shipments (Peninsula), however these terms will be subject to the time of receipt of the order. Orders are prepared the same day if they are placed within business hours and can be shipped out that same day, if they are made outside business hours they are prepared the following day and orders placed on the weekend are prepared on Monday.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 15 days, as long as the product is in good condition, with the original packaging and its corresponding labeling. Once the product is received, we will proceed to review it and the amount of the product will be refunded to the credit card used.

If you want to make a return (right of withdrawal) you simply have to communicate it to the address info@mariafeijoo.com.

In case of return, shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.
